Our esteemed Board of Directors is a collective of industry experts and visionaries. Their insightful leadership shapes the overarching goals and sustainable strategies driving Al-Rabyeh Feeds Company forward.

Dr. Saeed Yousef Dweikat

Chairman

Dr. Saeed Yousef Dweikat has served as Chief Executive Officer of Palestine Industrial Investment Company since September 2025. He holds a PhD in Management and Strategic Planning, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Dweikat brings over 22 years of professional experience in industrial development, strategic management, renewable energy, and the development of industrial cities. Throughout his career, he has led projects and initiatives that have contributed to sustainable industrial growth and institutional transformation at both the national and regional levels.

He has held senior leadership positions at several prominent institutions, including PADICO Holding, the Palestine Investment Fund, the Federation of Palestinian Industries, and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). Prior to assuming his current role, he worked with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) from early 2020, where he led a number of national and regional initiatives aimed at strengthening local industries and enhancing institutional efficiency.

Michael Hajal

Board Member

Experienced Professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Investment and Corporate Finance.

Currently holds the position of the Chief Investment Officer at Palestine Investment Fund since the year 2020, and has previously worked in various managerial positions at Paltel Group, the largest public-listed company in Palestine, including the Group Financial Controller, Group Investment Manager and Head of the Investor Relations Department.

Mr. Hajal holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in the United States, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since the year 2014.

Jamal Barahmeh

Board Member

Jamal Barahmeh currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Amaar Real Estate Development company, as of June 1, 2019.

Mr. Barahmeh has over 30 years of technical experience in a wide range of civil, environmental infrastructure, mechanical, and oil-gas projects, where he has overseen multimillion-dollar large-scale projects in the region.

Prior to joining Amaar, Mr. Barahmeh held various senior-level positions at different local and international well-known organizations. He served as the Executive Director of ARJ Group, a multimillion-dollar company based in UAE, the Country Controls Manager of CCC Palestine, leading Palestine operations, and the Director of Real Estate Sector of PADICO Holding.

Barahmeh holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Transportation from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Water Resources and Wastewater Treatment from Birzeit University and Delft University, Netherlands in 1994.

Currently, Mr. Barahmeh sits on the Board of the Palestinian Industrial Estates and Free Zones Authority PIEFZA.

Mr. Fadi Jumaa

Board Member

He is responsible for implementing the company’s financial strategies, analyzing financial data and periodic performance indicators, and collaborating with the finance departments of subsidiary and affiliated companies to ensure the effective application of financial and accounting systems and standards. Mr. Jumaa serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Carton Industry Company and Al-Binar General Trading Company.

Mr. Jumaa holds a Master’s degree in Financial Sciences and Economics from the University of Rome and has extensive experience in financial analysis as well as investment evaluation and management, having worked with major companies in Palestine.
